Their exciting program will consist of two of the greatest works ever written for violin and piano---Franck's Violin Sonata in A, and Brahms's Violin Sonata in D minor. A must-not-miss performance!

Arthritis Foundation Self Help Course Dates: Every Wednesday starting April 14 - May 19 Time: 2:00 p.m. Location: Wellness Center – Activity Room Details: This very popular course consists of six sessions held over a six-week period. A team of trained leaders will teach this course. The course covers an overview of the major types of arthritis; discussion of the types and uses of medications for arthritis; proper use of exercise and pain management techniques; the importance of good nutrition and weight management; ways to conserve energy and reduce joint stress; sharing of personal problems and solutions; and relaxation techniques. The course was designed by the Arthritis Foundation; however, people diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Lupus, or any other chronic pain condition greatly benefit from the course as well. The course content is designed to complement, not replace, traditional medical care. Tuba IV Players Dates: Monday, April 12 Time: 7:15 p.m. Location: Wellness Center Hoefler Gallery. Details: A fantastic quartet of tuba players back by popular demand. The program lasts about 45 minutes and light refreshments will be served.
A Culinary Showcase Date: Friday, April 30 Time: 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm Cost: $100 ($75 of which is tax deductible) Location: the Heritage at Lowman Wellness Center Details: Join us to celebrate the grand opening of the newly renovated and expanded Wellness Center and to launch the 100th Anniversary Celebration of the Heritage at Lowman. A Culinary Showcase will feature elegant food prepared by seven Lutheran Homes’ chefs, paired wines and entertainment along with silent and live auctions.
