The first phase of Building for a 2nd Century at the Heritage features the redesign of the Daily Life Center into a full service Wellness Center.

As construction continues at the Wellness Center, the Fitness Center area will be first to open. This area will include new exercise equipment, group exercise room, and expanded space to accommodate massage therapy, ongoing health education and Life Enrichment programming. The indoor pool and whirlpool spa is scheduled to open in early 2010. Following close behind the Fitness Center, new dining accommodations will open to residents. Service venues will consist of casual and formal dining, private dining, and a bar/pub.
